These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3333bey ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3333bey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (see Inactive Account Policy below).
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via account settings or by contacting support@3333bey.

Inactive Account Policy: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 3333bey will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before applying the inactive account classification. Following inactivity classification, an administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs, provided the balance remains above zero. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact our support team.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 3333bey account at any time by contacting support@3333bey with a written request. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

In the event that an account is closed by 3333bey due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
